Les is the founder and co-managing partner of Les Shapiro & Company, LLP, now known as the LSC Group. A professional in the accounting field since 1979, he struck out on his own in October of 1998. More than two decades later, he continues to helm the firm. Les works closely with both high net worth individuals and business clients, specifically those in the professional services, real estate, wholesalers, and importers.

A key factor in Les’ success in leading the firm is his ability to solve problems. An experienced and keen professional, his approach is actually quite simple: help clients achieve their desired results. Les’ teammates describe him as fair and easy to work with.

A Los Angeles native, Les currently lives in Westlake Village with his wife Samantha. Les enjoys mountain biking and golfing.
